Privacy notice

How we handle the details you send us through the demo request form, and how we count visits to this website.

Version 1.0, last updated: 4 November 2026

Who we are

The data controller is Zenia Platform. Its full details are on the Company details page. Contact: hello@zenia-platform.com.

What we collect

What you send through the demo request form: your name, your work email, your property name, optionally the number of villas or rooms and a message, and the language of the page. We do not store your IP address or browser details with your request.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your details only to reply to your request and arrange a demo, never for a mailing list. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We count visits to this website only as cookieless, aggregate statistics, to improve the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Demo requests are deleted automatically after 24 months.

Who we share it with

Our processors only: Amazon Web Services, which hosts the website and delivers the notification email (Frankfurt, EU); MongoDB Atlas, which stores requests; Cloudflare, which gives us anonymous visit statistics for this website; and Zoho Mail, which hosts our hello@ mailbox. Where a processor is based outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, by writing to hello@zenia-platform.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Apart from Cloudflare's script, the website loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images.
